HowNow is based in Cornwall, UK. 

We don't have a fixed venue: instead, our approach is informed by the particular context of living and working in Cornwall, and this includes:

• working outdoors, in public (free to access) spaces

• hiring open-access spaces (e.g. village halls, community arts centres and local sports facilities) directly from those (usually volunteer) groups who maintain them for the wider community - not only is this an affordable option for us, as a self-funding initiative without the means to maintain a building, it also means we keep money circulating within the local economy

• at times, embracing online and other forms of remote working -  this allows us to 'meet' regularly across a broad geographical area, and to develop and maintain connections with artists elsewhere around the world
